Live Liberated Fitness offers one-of-a-kind, innovative group fitness classes that are guaranteed to help you improve your posture, flexibility, and musculoskeletal health. Strength In Neutral classes are strength training boot camp style workouts while wearing the VerteBar corrective posture device.

Yoga Tune Up® classes combine massage therapy balls and yoga based corrective exercises to give the entire body a tune up. Burn Out Boot Camp is a high intensity class that utilizes strength training, calisthenics, and cardio to maximize your caloric burn in class, and all day long.

Strength In Neutral Classes

Strength In Neutral classes will train your body to strengthen each muscle in its optimal position, stemming from a neutral spine.

Maintaining a neutral spine while exercising will build your postural muscle strength endurance and muscle memory necessary for utilizing optimal posture all day long. Get rid of aches and pains, while decreasing your risk of injury, including risk of chronic injuries.

Increase blood flow to all of your joints and especially your brain. Poor posture can cut off circulation to our brain, decreasing total body physiological function. This can impair several body functions including eye sight, head aches, metabolism, and immunity. Each class will have you feeling balanced, connected, stronger, and taller. Yoga Tune Up®


Yoga Tune Up® is a tune up for your whole body. This 55-minute class begins with joint specific self-massage with the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls, then combines the VerteBar Posture Device and Yoga poses for corrective strengthening and lengthening. It is a head-to-toe health and fitness system combining Yoga, Calisthenics, Corrective Exercise and Body Therapy in a way that heals damaged muscle tissue, increases overall strength, and bolsters the immune system.
